Global Dance Card is a fun way to find new dance related activities in and around your area where you can meet with friends or find new people to get active with.
When you use our service – and any others we may roll out – you’ll inevitably share some information with us. We appreciate that this can affect your privacy so we wish to be upfront about this, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices we give you to control, access and update your information.

When you interact with our service you provide us with basic information to create an account including your first and last name and your email address. We may also ask for a phone number or other unique identifier.
We also use GPS to determine your location so our app can search for appropriate activities near your area.
You will also provide us with information when you use the app, such as booking a dance class or related activity. We will collect this information in order to provide you with a better user experience and to let you know of offers which might be of interest to you as and when they arise.
We will also collect device-specific information when you download our app including the hardware model, software version and other unique identifiers including the mobile network information and browser type, language and wireless network.
Like most other online services, we may collect cookies and use other technologies such as web storage and unique advertising identifiers to collect information about your use of Global Dance Card.
We also collect information when you use our website including, among other things, how you’ve used our services, how often you’ve logged in, the device information you used to log in with including browser type and language, access times and pages views, IP address and cookies.
We may collect information from third parties, such as those providing the services which are listed through Global Dance Card.
What do we do with the information?
It is all collected to provide you with the best customer user experience possible. We use it to communicate with you and with the providers of the activities who use our app. We use it to develop, maintain and improve our app, we use to monitor trends and assess usage and to personalise your experience.
We will only share your details with your consent and only with service providers and with third parties for legal reasons.
If at any time you wish to delete your account, you can do so here. If you do ask to delete your account, you will have up to 30 days to restore it before we remove your information from our servers.
